AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this journal is to disseminate knowledge and to promote intellectual discussions, research analysis, and pragmatic studies
including critiques leading to the formulation of policies and suggestions for
the improvement of wide range of environmental policies across the world with
specific attention on Africa. SJES is a multidisciplinary journal covering subject
matters across the social sciences, environmental economics, forestry, law, politics, environmental engineering, geography,
geology, chemistry, governance, corporate social responsibility, business
administration, business strategies, climate change, energy, carbon trading, deforestation, forced migration, world business, globalization, transnational
investment (Foreign Direct Investment), environmental health including the spread of diseases, mineral explorations, indigenous
environmental issues, pollution, environmental development, environmental safety, disaster management and impacts assessments, environmental education, environmental aspect of human rights and many others. Scholars and professionals
are invited to contribute their knowledge and experience. SJES publishes only
original research papers, research notes and reviews. Only very high quality
research papers or reviews are welcomed. Papers may be in the form of book
review, original manuscripts etc. All papers are peer reviewed by suitably qualified experts in the relevant topics.
